Brittany earned her Dental Assisting diploma from Southeast Community College in Lincoln, Nebraska. She gained valuable experience working in both pediatric and rural dental practices before joining her husband in owning and managing their practice. Brittany now oversees all daily administrative operations, including budgeting and HIPAA compliance. A Registered Dental Assistant in South Dakota and a Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM), she brings a well-rounded clinical and administrative skill set to the team. Brittany is passionate about dentistry and is dedicated to fostering a positive, efficient environment for both staff and patients.

Susan joined our practice in 2024 with over 20 years of management experience in the corporate sector. Her strong leadership skills and focus on team collaboration help create a positive, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and patients. A member of the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM), Susan is dedicated to professional excellence and continued growth in the dental field.

Amanda joined our team with a strong background in retail management, bringing excellent customer service skills and a talent for creating positive first impressions. She began as a Patient Care Coordinator and quickly advanced to her current role as Front Office Manager, where she ensures a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient from check-in to departure. Known for her friendly smile and warm personality, Amanda is passionate about learning all she can about the dental field. She takes great pride in being part of a team that genuinely cares for its patients and strives to make each visit as comfortable and seamless as possible.

Robin completed her associate degree in Computer Science in 2020 and joined our team in May of that same year. She brings a cheerful attitude and excellent organizational skills to the office every day. As our Financial Coordinator, Robin is passionate about helping patients understand their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities. She is very knowledgeable about dental insurance and works diligently on complex or tricky claims to ensure they are paid on behalf of our patients. Robin enjoys the friendly, positive, and family-oriented atmosphere of our office and plays a vital role in maintaining that environment.

With 28 years of experience in the dental field, Jill brings a deep understanding of both clinical and administrative aspects of patient care. She began her career as a dental assistant but quickly discovered her true passion lies at the front desk—specifically in scheduling. As our Scheduling Coordinator, Jill excels at finding convenient appointment times tailored to each patient’s needs, ensuring the schedule runs smoothly for both patients and providers. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and warm, approachable manner make her an invaluable part of our team. Jill takes pride in helping patients stay on track with their dental care and creating a seamless experience from the very first call.

Cassidy is a Rapid City native and graduate of Central High School. She continued her education at Western Dakota Tech and brings valuable experience from her previous roles as an optician and licensed insurance producer. Now part of our accounts receivable team, Cassidy combines her attention to detail and insurance knowledge to help patients navigate the financial side of dental care. She loves being part of the Nelson & Bury Dentistry team, where the family-friendly atmosphere and supportive coworkers make every day enjoyable. Cassidy is passionate about serving the community and making a positive impact through her work.

With over 20 years of experience in dentistry, Kim started her career as a dental assistant after earning her diploma from Western Dakota Tech. She later transitioned to the front office, where she combines her clinical knowledge with a passion for helping patients understand their oral health. Kim loves the friendly, team-oriented atmosphere at Nelson & Bury Dentistry and considers her coworkers close friends. Her warm personality and experience help make every patient feel right at home.

Zoe became part of the Nelson & Bury Dentistry team in 2025, bringing with her a strong background in patient care from her previous role at a pediatrician’s office. With a natural ability to connect with people, Zoe takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. Her positive energy and attention to detail make her a vital part of our front office team. Zoe loves being part of a supportive, family-oriented workplace and truly values the friendships she’s built with her amazing coworkers. Her passion for helping others shines through in everything she does.

Jordyn brings a wealth of healthcare knowledge and a warm, welcoming presence to our front office team. She earned her Associate Degree in Health Information Management with a Medical Coding Specialty from Western Dakota Tech in 2019 and has since gained hands-on experience as both a medical receptionist and a pharmacy technician. Jordyn has a true passion for helping others and thrives on continually learning new ways to better serve our patients. She loves being part of the Nelson and Bury Dentistry family, where the supportive team culture and commitment to exceptional patient care make every day meaningful and rewarding.
