Dr. Matthew Bury is proud to call the Black Hills home. Raised in Rapid City, South Dakota, Dr. Bury always knew he wanted to return to his roots and serve the community that helped shape him. He earned his undergraduate degree in Human Biology from the University of Montana in Missoula, where he laid the foundation for a future in healthcare. His passion for dentistry led him to the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry in Lincoln, where he graduated at the top of his class with high honors — Go Huskers!

After dental school, Dr. Bury began his career in Winner, South Dakota, before the opportunity arose to return home and partner with Dr. Nelson. He eventually took over the practice and is honored to continue its legacy of exceptional dental care.

What Dr. Bury loves most about dentistry is the unique blend of science, precision, and artistry it allows. He finds genuine fulfillment in helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles and is known for his gentle approach and commitment to creating a comfortable, welcoming environment for every visit.

To ensure his patients receive the most up-to-date care, Dr. Bury stays on the cutting edge of dentistry by regularly participating in continuing education courses across all areas of the field. He is also an active leader within the dental community, serving as a Delegate for the Black Hills District Dental Society.

Outside of the office, Dr. Bury enjoys an active, adventure-filled life with his wife, Brittany, their daughter Blaire, two spirited cats, and their lovable bernedoodle, Griffin. Whether it’s hiking in the hills, playing a round of pickleball, or simply enjoying a good book, Dr. Bury embraces each day with curiosity and gratitude.

Dr. Mandy Nelson is a proud Rapid City native with a passion for helping patients feel at ease while achieving their best, healthiest smiles. She earned both her undergraduate degree in Biology and Pre-Health Professional Studies and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas — a place that helped shape her compassionate approach to dentistry.

Dr. Mandy is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She understands that visiting the dentist can be a source of anxiety for many people, and she strives to change that experience with every appointment. With a calm and empathetic presence, Dr. Mandy focuses on building trust and comfort, helping even the most nervous patients feel confident and cared for.

Outside the office, Dr. Mandy enjoys life with her husband, Michael, their energetic son Kade, and their playful pup, Vegas. Family and friends are at the heart of everything she does. In her free time, she enjoys music, movies, and casting a line while fishing — especially when it's somewhere peaceful and scenic.

A proud South Dakota native, Dr. Jensen was raised in Rapid City and is a graduate of Stevens High School. He went on to attend the University of Northern Iowa, where he excelled both academically and athletically as an NCAA Division I athlete, earning his bachelor’s degree in Biology. Driven by a desire to serve others through healthcare, Dr. Jensen pursued his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska.

Dr. Jensen takes great pride in helping his patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. He is passionate about providing high-quality dentistry with a gentle, compassionate touch, always aiming to make each visit a positive and comfortable experience. Whether it's restoring oral health or enhancing the beauty of a smile, Dr. Jensen finds deep fulfillment in connecting with his patients and being part of their journey toward better health.
